A Tahona de Melide

Founded in 1930, the ‘Tahona de Melide’ is a company specialized in the preparation of desserts that is committed to maintaining the tradition of desserts in the Melide region but integrating innovation, marketing and commitment to technology. 

The establishment, located on the French Way to Compostela, delights pilgrims and visitors with the aroma of the products elaborated in its workshop as the ‘melindres’, ‘tasty’ and ‘almond flovowr’, elaborated with butter, eggs and flour.
