Galicia will have a presence at the Gastronomic Forum Barcelona 2023 with the aim of promoting the excellence of Galician products under the Galicia Quality seal. This fair, of international relevance, will take place in the Catalan capital from November 6 to 8, and forms an ideal showcase - made up of more than 350 exhibitors - to show Galician gastronomy and highlight the work and good work of our producers.
The Galician Government will participate in this event thanks to the collaboration of the Rural Environment Department -through the Food Quality Agency-, the Sea Department and the Economy, Industry and Innovation Department, which will work together to manage an action coordinated that will cover a stand with 25 exhibitors and 26 confirmed companies and producers.
In addition, gastronomic programs and tastings will be organized with the aim of promoting our gastronomy based on Galician products. To further reinforce the action, there will be two showcooking events, which will reinforce the promotion and opportunity that Galician foods present for quality gastronomy.
Showcases of such relevance as this one form ideal platforms for Galician producers to have access to new markets, so that they can reach a global audience and establish contacts with potential clients and business partners from different parts of the world. Presence at the fair allows them to show their products, carry out live demonstrations, deliver samples and promotional material and generate direct interaction with visitors.
